Griffiths – Borchert

    Sarah Griffiths of Presque Isle and Don Borchert of Skaneateles, N.Y., were married Aug. 9, 2008. The ceremony was performed by the father of the groom, Deacon Robert Borchert, and Matthew Griffiths, brother of the bride. The wedding and reception took place at the couple’s home in Cumberland.     Sarah is the daughter of Stephen and Lois Griffiths of Presque Isle. Don is the son of Robert and Lori Borchert of Fredericksburg, Va.
    Sarah is a graduate of Presque Isle High School and the University of Maine at Farmington. She is a first-grade teacher in Falmouth. Don is a graduate of Skaneateles High School and LeMoyne College, both in N.Y. He is an internal auditor at Idexx Laboratories in Westbrook.
    The couple spent their honeymoon in Portugal and Spain and reside in Cumberland.
