‘DTV Awareness Day’

    The Caribou Public Library will be sponsoring a ‘DTV Awareness Day’ on Friday, Feb. 11. Maine Public Television will be all-digital after Feb.11 and WAGM-TV 8 will be all-digital after Feb.17.     Nandan Joshi from the Federal Communications Commission will be present to provide information and  answer questions regarding digital television transition from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the library. This event will help everyone understand the DTV transition — what it is and what it means to viewers.
    Community members are encouraged to attend this informational session and learn about DTV. Don’t let your television go dark.
