    The following divorces were filed during October and November 2008 at Presque Isle District Court. All judgments were granted on grounds of irreconcilable difference unless otherwise noted:
    Oct. 21, 2008, Kendel Dale Simpson of Ashland and Wendy Jean Simpson of Mapleton. Married Sept. 9, 1989 at Ashland. Shared parental rights of two children; primary residence with the mother.     Oct. 29, 2008, Ralph P. Newcomb and Kimberly Newcomb, both of Fort Fairfield. Married Aug. 24, 1984 at Dallas. Shared parental rights of one child; primary residence with the mother.
    Nov. 4, 2008, Jack L. Hersey and Deborah J. Hersey, both of Easton. Married Dec. 23, 1989 at Presque Isle. Shared parental rights and residency of one child.
    Nov. 4, 2008, Michael Mansfield and Rebecka Lynn Mansfield, both of Presque Isle. Married June 16, 2005 at Presque Isle. Sole parental rights and residency of one child with the mother.
    Nov. 10, 2008, John Arthur Johnson and Meri Linnea Johnson, both of Presque Isle. Married Jan. 6, 1990 at Kittery. Shared parental rights and residency of two children.
