Leo and Jean (Beaulier) Rafford of Yarmouth, ME (formerly of Ashland and Presque Isle) are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erica Jean Rafford to Eric Noyes both of Baltimore, Maryland, and son of James and Jennifer Noyes of Utica, New York.
Erica is a graduate of Muskie School at University of Southern Maine with a Master’s Degre in Public Policy and Management. She is employed at SEIU United Healthcare Workers East.
Eric is a graduate of Buffalo University with a BA in Classics. He is employed at SEIU as a Union Organizer.
A February 2010 wedding is planned in Italy.
