Teaming up

In February, two former Houlton High School athletes teamed up in Fort Myers, Fla. to play in a member/guest tournament at the Hideway Golf Club. Against a field of 144 players from all overs southwest Florida, Bert Daniels, left, and Gib Chapman shot a winning round of two-man best ball. Both players agreed it was one of their best rounds of golf and that it all came together on that day. Both Daniels and Chapman winter in Fort Myers area and usually get together at each other’s courses.
