MANCHESTER, CONN. – Alice R. Obermeier, 80, passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday morning, November 5, 2010, at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born February 17, 1930, in Ashland, to Chester H. and Elizabeth M. (Amnott) Rafford.
Alice was predeceased by her husband, Max G. Obermeier; and her son, Mark J. Obermeier.
She is survived by her son, Scott D. Obermeier of Manchester, Conn.; her grandchildren, Monika and Erich Obermeier of Windsor Locks, Conn.; her sister, Glenna Jean Vallides of Suffield, Conn.; her brother, Wendell Paul Rafford of Ashland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
