The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registrations for the new eight-week session of Aerobic fitness classes. The program will begin on Monday, Nov. 29 and will be held each Monday and Wednesday from 5-6 p.m. at the Gentle Memorial Building.
Cindy Hutchinson will be the instructor. Cost for the eight week program will be $40 for Houlton residents and $60 for non Houlton residents. The class is limited to 20 participants. This class consists of a warm up, aerobic phase, weight work and cool down. To register, call the Houlton Recreation Department at 532-1310 by, Nov. 29.
