Something to be thankful for
To the editor:
There are still some thoughtful people around.
My friend and I were in line at a restaurant in Presque Isle Sunday and after placing our order and going to pay for our meal, we learned that the young man in front of us had already taken care of it. We had never seen him before and he left before we had a chance to thank him.
It was a random act of kindness for which we are very grateful.
