The Island Falls Free-Wheelers Club will be holding a work day on Saturday, July 9 at 9 a.m. The group will meet at the Island Falls One Stop.
Depending on the number of volunteers, organizers plan to accomplish three things: work on the May Mountain trail; create a picnic area and build a picnic table on May Mountain trail and clean up trash on the trails.
Organizers are hoping to get a great turnout so a big impact can be compressed into one day. Please come join in if possible.
The club is providing lunch for all workers.
On Sunday, July 10 will be the regular meeting at 4 p.m. at the Fish & Game Club. A pot luck dinner will follow.
