USM Spring 2011 In-State Dean’s List
    The following full-time, in-state students have been named to the University of Southern Maine Dean’s List for the Spring 2011 semester. To be named, students must earn a grade point average of 3.4 or above and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours.
    Local students named to the list include: Griffin Johnson of Houlton; Alexandra Bishop of Island Falls and Jenna Guiggey of Sherman.
University of Maine at Farmington Announces Dean’s List for Spring 2011 Semester
    FARMINGTON — The University of Maine at Farmington has announced its Dean’s List for the spring 2011 semester. UMF maintains a Dean’s List each semester for those students completing a minimum of 12 credits in courses producing quality points. Students whose grade point average for the semester is equal to or greater than 3.8 are listed with high academic achievement. Students whose grade point average for the semester is less than 3.8 but equal to or greater than 3.5 are listed with academic achievement. Any incompletes must be satisfactorily completed before the student is honored with Dean’s List status. Academic achievement awarded at commencement is based on all course work taken at UMF.
    Locals named to the Dean’s List were Haley Nickerson of Houlton and Michaela Blow of Littleton.
