PRESQUE ISLE — The Caribou High School boys and girls Nordic team continues to rack up the wins.
On Jan. 31 at the Nordic Heritage Center in Presque Isle, the Viking boys took the freestyle 5k meet with 14 points. Presque Isle (48) was second, followed by Fort Kent and Madawaska with 49 points apiece. Fort Fairfield did not receive a score, as they did not field a full team.

The Caribou girls won the meet with 13 points. Fort Kent (43) was second, followed by Ashland (48), Fort Fairfield (65) and Presque Isle (70).

On Thursday, Fort Fairfield High School hosted a six-team 5km Classical meet at the Nordic Heritage Center and again the Caribou boys and girls took the top honors.
For the girls, Caribou had 10 points, Fort Kent 46, Ashland and Fort Fairfield 54 and Presque Isle 74.

For the boys, Caribou had 10 points, Fort Kent and Madawaska 50, Presque Isle 51 and Ashland and Fort Fairfield didn’t have enough skiers for a team score.
