Matthew Howe & Makayla Roncho

    We would ask that everyone help us congratulate the marriage of Specialist Matthew J. Howe to Makayla Roncho both of Washburn. The two were married in Hawaii on September 10, 2011.

    Matthew is the son of Mike and Angel Farley of Washburn and Jay Howe of Easton. He is a 2009 graduate of Washburn District High School and is currently serving in the US ARMY with Delta Troop 2-6 CAV 25th Infantry Division stationed at Wheeler Army Airfield Base in Hawaii. He has been deployed to serve one year tour in Afghanistan.

    Makayla is the daughter of Sheila Whitish of Washburn. She is a 2011 graduate of Washburn District High School and just returned from Hawaii to be closer to family while Howe is deployed.

    A celebration reception will be held in September when Matthew is home on leave.
