David Archer, formerly of Presque Isle, poses with Liza Minnelli at the Stamford Center for the Arts Palace Theater 2012 Gala. Archer is the marketing/communications director at the facility. He is the son of Thelma and Leonard Archer of Presque Isle and is a 1967 graduate of PIHS. He lives in Hopewell Jct., N.Y with his wife of 22 years, Diane.
