Shooting Shires camp

    The Shooting Shires basketball camp will be held for boys and girls going into grades 1-8 on August 7-10 at Houlton Alumni Gymnasium.
    The instructional session for grades 1-4 will be from 8-10 a.m., followed by grades 5-8 from 10 a.m. to noon.
    Camp instructor is Houlton varsity boys basketball coach Rob Moran. The camp will stress fundamentals of basketball in a safe, fun environment. Cost is $40 and is open to all area youth. T-shirts will be given to those who pre-register on registration day, while those who order T-shirts on registration day, will get their shirts later.
