School Union 122, consisting of the towns of New Sweden, Stockholm, Madawaska Lake, Westmanland and Woodland will begin the school year for students grades Pre-K through eighth on Wednesday, Aug. 29. Pre-K in Woodland will begin in Thursday, Aug. 30.
Woodland School
School hours will be from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Kindergarten classes will be held in the afternoons from noon until 2:30 p.m. Pre-school program is scheduled from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Lunch and breakfast prices are as follows: $1.90 for full lunch, $.40 for reduced lunch. Full breakfast is $1.30, milk is $.35 and adult lunches are $3.55.
New Sweden School
School hours will be 8 a.m. until 2:50 p.m. Pre-school program is scheduled from 8 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
Lunch and breakfast prices are as follows: $1.85 for full lunch, $.40 for reduced lunch. Full breakfast is $1.25, milk is $.30 and adult lunches are $4.00.
