The sleepless nights only make it feel right. Paranoid or not, noise is your sentence to life or death. Act quick or die, that’s our motto. The sound of an ambush, in the early stages nothing at all, then the sound of a single gunshot, the screams of our own. The sorrow you feel for the family. But at the same time, the relief that it was not you the assassin chose. As silent as night, the assassin moves on to the next victim of choice. Stalking his prey, then you’re down as silent as a sleeping baby. We Americans, grieve over the loss of our own. For the sacrifice they made too great, for our troops and country. The quiet desert morning, the bloody and murderous nights, help you to feel even more foreign. The feelings of a mass killer, the feeling of a fight, not just any fight, a war over innocent people. A war of blood, sweat, tears, love, and the Lord. The war is the only way to win back the freedom and lives of these unfortunate people. It is the only way to make things right. We, U. S. Americans, will fight our fight. We will fight till the end, until it seems, and feels nothing but right. We, Marines, are the future. We are the hope of the world. We are and will always be, The few…The proud…The Marines.
