To the editor:
Being an avid reader I was very happy to read about Pioneer Lodge No. 72 and the wonderful project for second-grade students in Ashland.
So often children will complain of being bored or nobody likes them or there is nothing to do, etc. When you read a book you are never lonely and always have a friend, not to mention learning a lot.
These children are winners in more ways than one. A huge thank you to the Masons.
