    BLAINE – Timothy Ralph Foster, 64, passed away at his residence in Blaine on Monday, February 23, 2015. He was born on July 20, 1950, in Houlton, the son of Elwood and Jaqueline (Ricker) Foster of Monticello.
    Tim attended Houlton school system before entering into the marines, attaining the rank of LCPL, serving in the Vietnam Conflict. He was a graduate of the Homestead Heavy Equipment Academy in Homestead, Florida.
    He is survived by his son, Troy Foster of Augusta; a grandson, Thomas Foster of Mars Hill; his former wife and friend, Susannah Boyd and her fiancé, Gary, of Augusta; a sister, Deborah Tilley and her husband, Ken, of Florida; a brother, Kevin Foster of Monticello; a sister-in-law, Carol Foster of Oakland; a brother-in-law, Scott Trecartin of Houlton; several nieces and nephews.
    In addition to his parents, Tim was predeceased by a sister, Mary Jo Trecartin and brother, Gerald Foster.
