Alumni plan annual meeting
MAPLETON NEWS
The Mapleton Alumni Association will hold their annual meeting tonight, Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Gloria Wilcox, 90 Pelkey Rd., Mapleton.
Planning for the alumni banquet and other business will be discussed at that time.

Easter services
The Castle Hill Advent Christian Church will host a Good Friday service March 25 at 7 p.m. Their Easter morning breakfast and service will begin with breakfast at 8 a.m., with the service to follow immediately around 9 a.m.
The West Chapman Advent Christian Church will host an Easter sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. with breakfast to follow. Their regular morning service is at 10:45 a.m.
The Mapleton United Methodist Church will hold their Easter service at 10:30 a.m.
The State Road Advent Christian Church will host a breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and their Easter service at 9:30 a.m.
The public is invited and welcome to attend any of these services.
Chapman Town Meeting
Chapman’s Annual town meeting will be Monday, March 28, at the Chapman Ridge
Runners Snowmobile Club.
The meeting opens at 7 p.m. and residents will be voting for one selectman/assessor for a three-year term and one selectman for a two-year term.
In addition to the budgetary and business-related warrant articles, residents will vote on whether or not to adopt the Barking Dog Ordinance.
