BRUNSWICK, Maine — Patrick J. Blackstone of Waterville graduated with a double major in physics and mathematics during Bowdoin College’s 212th commencement ceremony, held May 27.
Blackstone will begin study towards a Ph.D. in physics at Indiana University, Bloomington, this fall.
He is the son of Thomas and Lynn Blackstone of Waterville, and the grandson of Judith Blackstone, formerly of Caribou. Blackstone is a 2013 graduate of the Maine School of Science and Mathematics in Limestone.
