Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.
Wednesday, Sept. 27 — Scrambled eggs, oatmeal toast, fresh fruit.
Thursday, Sept. 28 — French toast sticks, maple syrup, chilled fruit.
Friday, Sept. 29 — Blueberry coffee cake, yogurt, fresh fruit.
Monday, Oct. 2 — Oatmeal toast, jelly, yogurt, chilled fruit.
Tuesday, Oct. 3 — Waffle, sausage patty, fresh fruit.
Wednesday, Oct. 4 — French toast sticks, yogurt, chilled fruit.
SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch
All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.
Wednesday, Sept. 27 — Chicken burger/whole wheat bun, celery sticks.
Thursday, Sept. 28 — Lasagna with ground beef, oatmeal rolls, raw broccoli, fresh corn on the cob.
Friday, Sept. 29 — Barbecue pulled pork on whole wheat bread, garden salad, baby carrots.
Monday, Oct. 2 — Stuffed crust cheese pizza, baby spinach/strawberries, raw broccoli.
Tuesday, Oct. 3 — Shepherd’s pie, wheat rolls, California blend/cheese sauce, baby carrots.
Wednesday, Oct. 4 — Barbecue chicken breast, oatmeal rolls, mashed potatoes, stuffing, chicken gravy, garden salad, garbanzo beans cranberry sauce.

Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.

Thursday, Sept. 28 — Lasagna wih ground beef, garlic bread, coleslaw.
Friday, Sept. 29 — Barbecue pulled pork on whole wheat bun, steamed broccoli, cheese sauce.
Monday, Oct. 2 — Barbecue chicken breast, oatmeal rolls, stuffing, mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, peas and carrots, cranberry sauce.
Tuesday, Oct. 3 — Shepherd’s pie, wheat rolls, California blend.
Wednesday, Oct. 4 — Grilled ham and cheese, build a sandwich, chicken noodle soup, crackers.
