HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Town Council will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at the council chambers, 21 Water St.
Executive Session
A. Council enters into Executive Session with the Town Attorney, Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager for the purpose of discussing the legal rights and duties of the Town where premature disclosure would place the town at a disadvantage, in accordance with Title 1, Sec. 405(6)E.
B. Council enters into Executive Session with the Town Attorney, Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager, for the purpose of discussing union negotiations, in accordance with Title 1, Sec. 405(6)D.
