WASHBURN, Maine — Principal Larry Worcester, along with the staff of Washburn District High School, are proud to announce Haley Johnston as Student of the Month for the month of February.
Johnston is a sophomore at WDHS and the daughter of Carl Johnston and Sherri Clark.
Her teachers have high praise for her, stating: “She is an attentive and excellent student”; “She never procrastinates”; and “She is kind and can be found helping others.”
Johnston is actively involved in the school’s Civil Rights Team and was inducted into the National Honor Society earlier in the school year.
