In a packed Easton High School gymnasium, 18 students graduated from Easton Jr/Sr High School on Friday, June 7.
Alexander Hale, second honor essayist, addressed his classmates and urged them to never give up and savor the moments.
Abigale Bugbee, first honor essayist, encouraged her classmates to look forward to the future but not to be afraid to ask for support.
Salutatorian Joshua Good charged his class to be part of the larger community and seek positive relationships.
Valedictorian Maggie McQuade encouraging classmates to remember the lessons they’ve learned.
“You’re on your own, kid. You can face this,” she said.
Principal Laura Hunter addressed each member of the class of 2024 individually and shared a special memory or characteristic about each graduate prior to handing out diplomas.
