    BEAULIEU, Edward P., 86, MAPLETON, October 8, 2010. At the family’s request, funeral services will be private. Interment will take place at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle. Arrangements in care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

    MAPLETON – Edward P. Beaulieu, 86, passed away Friday, October 8, 2010, at his residence. He was born May 27, 1924, in Ashland, the son of Edmund and Lottie (Boyce) Beaulieu.
    Edward was a hard worker all of his life. He grew potatoes and also had a dairy for many years. He then decided to buy his own truck and start hauling for different companies. Edward enjoyed dancing, country music, hunting and especially fishing.
    He is survived by three sons: Doug and his wife, Bonnie of Washburn, Dana and his wife, Denise of Presque Isle, Brian and special friend, Joni of Brewer; grandchildren: Karlyn Williams and her husband, Seth, Kara Beaulieu, Karson Beaulieu and his wife, Beata, Raquel Beaulieu, Danna Beaulieu and a special friend, Chad Shaw, Amanda Lynds, and Chelsea Lynds; great-grandchildren: Delaney Williams and Victoria Beaulieu. He also leaves behind a brother, Edwin Boyer of Billerica, MA; nieces and nephews; and special friends, Stuart and Malia Maxcy, Forrest and Candy Dudley.
    He was predeceased by his wife, Gertrude  (Watt) Beaulieu; and two brothers: Gilman and Ronald Beaulieu.
