AROOSTOOK COUNTY GRAND JURY
CARIBOU — The Aroostook County grand jury concluded its full year of service handing up 72 indictments against 67 different persons following its two-day July session.
“This is the greatest number of indictments the grand jury has returned in a single session since I began keeping track thereof in 1997,” said Neale Adams, district attorney.
Among those indicted were:
Robert L. Fitzsimmons, Jr., 27, Presque Isle: theft, burglary and assault.
Philip H. Chasse, 32, Presque Isle: theft.
Troy Soucy, Jr., 18, Presque Isle: theft.
Dustin C. Sutton, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, criminal operating under the influence, burglary and violating condition of release (two counts).
Demarr T. Blackshear, 30, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release.
Lili A. Parady, 19, Fort Fairfield: burglary, theft, criminal mischief, driving to endanger and leaving scene of an accident.
Shane L. Graves, 20, Fort Fairfield: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
Dustin Murphy-Moran, 18, Fort Fairfield: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
Lee J. Winship, 29, Presque Isle: operating after revocation.
Daniel H. Rawding, 45, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts).
Douglas H. Gough, 41, Mapleton: eluding an officer, driving to endanger, operating after suspension and criminal speeding.
