DYER, Pamela L., 58, PRESQUE ISLE, March 20, 2011. Upon the family’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are in care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

PRESQUE ISLE – Pamela L. Dyer, 58, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2011, at her residence. She was born on July 30, 1952, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Joseph and Eleanor (Ellis) Putnam.

She was a graduate of Presque Isle High School. Pam worked at Opportunity Training Center in Presque Isle for the past twenty-five years. She enjoyed spending time Saturday evenings at Camper’s Paradise in Westfield.

She is survived by her mother, Eleanor Putnam of Westfield; her step-mother, Betty Putnam of Caribou; three brothers: Joseph Jr., Timothy Putnam and his wife, Laura of Richmond, and Gary Putnam of Caribou; three sisters: Barbara Putnam of Eagle Lake, Sherri Weaver of Presque Isle, and Darcy Putnam of Fort Kent; two grandchildren: Bradley and Riley Alley; her friend, H. O. Webber of Westfield; and her Camper’s Paradise family.

She was predeceased by her father; her husband, Brian Dyer; and her son, James Alley Jr.

A memorial service was held 1 p.m., Friday, March 25, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with Rev. Mark Carter officiating. Friends called noon until time of service at the funeral home. On Saturday night at Camper’s Paradise in Westfield, songs were sung in remembrance of Pamela.
