PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Presque Isle Middle School girls track and field team was undefeated in the 2019 season, including winning the Aroostook League championship.
Forty-five personal bests out of 80 entries were recorded in the league meet. Four girls finished in the top 10: Mikala Libby achieved second place; Lindsey Himes, third; Taylor Doyen, fourth; and Karee Bagley, sixth place.
Doyen won the high jump at 4-02.
Hines won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.82, and she won the 400-meter dash at 1:11.18.
Libby won the 100-meter dash with a time of 14.07, and she won the 200-meter dash with a time of 30.70.
