Turkey Trot Road Race is Saturday in Caribou

    The 25th annual Turkey Trot 5K Road Race will be held Saturday, Nov. 27 at 10 a.m. at Caribou High School.
    Walkers will set off at 9:45 a.m.
    The out-and-back 3.1-mile race is sponsored by Cary Medical Center. Registration begins at 9 a.m. in the CHS gym lobby.
    The registration fee is $10, which includes a long-sleeved T-shirt to the first 50 to sign up. Post- race ceremonies include the traditional turkey-topped pizza and awards will be presented to race winners and age division winners in three categories and one walker’s division.
