Senior Wellness Day set

    The Houlton Recreation Department in cooperation with Houlton Regional Hospital and the University of Maine Cooperative Extension will be sponsoring a Senior Citizens Wellness Day. It will be held on Tuesday, March 29 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Houlton Recreation Center. This free event is open to the general public and was developed to share a variety of wellness activities for the senior population.
    There will be 20 different wellness booths, some giveaways and demonstration/participation sessions.
