    PRESQUE ISLE – Jennie E. Wright, 79, wife of the late Sherwood R. Wright, passed away September 29, 2010, at a local hospital. She was born May 17, 1931, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Kenneth and Beatrice (Farrington) Davenport.
    She is survived by three sons and their wives, Edward L. and Holly Skidgel of Easton, Dusty L. and Denise Skidgel of Dixville Notch, NH, and Shorey E. and Sylvia Skidgel of Cannan,VT; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a brother, Norman Ackerson of Caribou; and  special friends, Jean and James Churchill of Presque Isle.
    Funeral services were conducted
2 p.m. Saturday, October 2, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with the Rev. Larry Palmer and Pastor Darren Bonville officiating. Relatives and friends called at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service. Interment will be in the Hillside Grove Cemetery in Crouseville.
