Council appointments made for 2011

The following individuals have been approved by the Caribou City Council to serve in their respective roles within the city for 2011. Steven Buck, city manger; Michael Gahagan, chief of police; and Roy E. Woods, fire chief have been appointed for an indefinite period of time, pursuant to charter sections 3.01 and 3.04 respectively.

Jayne R. Farrin, city clerk; Kalen Hill, deputy city clerk; Wanda L. Ouellette, finance director and city treasurer; Mary Ann Scott, deputy treasurer; Elizabeth O’Bar, tax assessor; Wanda l. Ouellette, tax collector; Kathleen Mazzuchelli, director of parks and recreation; Roy. E. Woods, emergency management director; and David Ouellette, public works director.

Also: Stephen Wentworth, building inspector; Roy E. Woods, assistant building inspector; Jayne R. Farrin, general assistance administrator; Yvette Seaman, health officer; Stephen Wentworth, plumbing inspector; Rebecca McBreairty, alternate plumbing inspector; Stephen Wentworth, electrical inspector and code enforcement officer; Rebecca McBreairty, alternate code enforcement officer; Jeanie McGowan, Nylander Museum director; Diane Dubois, librarian; and Michael Shrewsberry, community development director.

Appointed to serve as Caribou police officers are: Chief Michael W. Gahagan, Ronald A. Curtis, Edward Dubie, Kevin P. St. Peter, Bobbie D. Worley, Paul L. Vincent, Mark A. Gahagan and Erik Jandreau. Also Craig A. Peterson, Douglas W. Bell, Keith K. Ouellette, Dwight Wilcox, Chad Cochran, Jason Matheson, Corey Saucier and Jay Trainer.

Caribou Police reserve officers include: Dale Campbell, Anthony Collins, Darryl Hitchcock, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Philip McDonough, III, Neal Ouellette, Stephanie Beaulieu and Arik Jepson.

Charles Ketch is the city’s dog constable.
