Graduates of a different sort

The third group of the Houlton Police Department’s Citizens Police Academy graduated after an 10-week program. The academy covered a variety of topics and provided information on what it is like to be in law enforcement from the street responsibilities to accident scenes, along with criminal scene processing, internal investigations, dispatch duties and responsibilities, drug enforcement to the District Attorney’s court process and much more.
