Feed hunger 24/7 at Tim Hortons
Be it breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a cup of coffee you’re after, Tim Hortons has options to please every palate.
“Breakfast is the heart of our day, with great combos, and a few new menu items we didn’t have last year. Our new oatmeal — maple- or berry-flavored — is very popular. Along with our egg white and hickory ham sandwiches, we now have more breakfast variety than ever,” said Scottie Bragdon, owner of branches in Presque Isle, Caribou and Madawaska.
Lunch and dinner is a true destination now because of the new Grilled Panini Sandwich: Tuscan Chicken, Pesto Chicken, Chipotle Turkey, Smoked Ham and Cheese, Bacon Tomato and Cheese, and Grilled Cheese Duo.
“They are grilled to perfection daily, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. These sandwiches have really surprised our customers; lunch and dinner times are getting busier,” he said.
“We have a value-based menu and great coffee,” said Bragdon. “It’s truly and very simply the best I’ve ever tasted!”
In operation for over 11 years, staff provide clean restaurants, speedy service and fast drive-thrus.
“The best customer service and hospitality possible is built into our culture at our four stores. It’s our Number 1 focus,” noted Bragdon.
Management staff include: Presque Isle’s Tim Guiod, Caribou’s Chad Saunders and Madawaska’s Shelley Dupuis. Christie Alley, formerly the Presque Isle manager, has been promoted to area coach and is doing great in her new position. Bragdon employs over 65 full- and part-time at the four facilities.
“Another nice extra in our stores now is free Wi-Fi. This is very convenient and many of our customers are taking advantage of it all hours, day and night,” he said.
“We also have a variety of drinks, including iced cappuccino in a variety of flavors and real brewed iced tea,” said Bragdon.
Also new this year: Frozen Lemonade and Frozen Strawberry and Mixed Berry Smoothies. Sour dough bread bowls are a permanent addition to the menu — just add some chili. Mac & Cheese is new and very popular also.
Tim Hortons also supports youth camping through Camp Day, with proceeds sending youth on outdoor adventures they might otherwise miss.
