Septic service adds portable toilets

Ken Allen founded Ken Allen’s Septic Pumping and Portable Toilet Service in 1957. With over five decades of experience, he knows how to get your system back in working order in no time – even offering 24-houor emergency service so you’re not left stranded with nowhere to go.

Allen was joined two years ago the business by his grandson Caston Lovely.

The company has evolved over the years, beginning with the basic septic pumping and recently expanding to offer portable toilets. The men also perform inspections for property transactions.

“We offer septic tank pumping and system inspections for real estate transactions. The portable toilet rentals are a new feature for us,” said Allen.

“My grandfather started the business 55 years ago. We are new in the owning and renting of portable restrooms. The company’s evolving as needs change,” said Lovely, noting how sanitation issues have led to an increased use in movable toilets at venues like concerts and festivals.

“Whether you’re hosting a family reunion and need an extra bathroom for that family barbecue, are planning a concert or other gathering that will require added restrooms for the crowd or have a bathroom remodeling job that’s put your own out of commission, we can help. We’ll deliver the portable toilet wherever you need it,” said Lovely, adding rates are affordable and vary depending on how many units are needed.

Lovely said it’s all about meeting customer needs.

“Superior customer service has resulted in loyal customers. That’s how the company’s stayed in business for over 50 years. People know they can count on us,” said Lovely. “Dependable, affordable service is the hallmark of good business anywhere.”

With only Lovely and his grandfather as employees, customers get service straight from the owners.

“Customer service is extremely important. We deal with the customer firsthand. We want them to feel that they are taken care of and have the best of the best doing the job for them,” said Allen.

The company offers round-the-clock service — whenever a problem arises, just let Ken Allen’s Septic know and one of the owners will work with your schedule to get the problem solved as quickly as possible.
