The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Studio 923 UMPI Art Club will be hosting two events on Friday, Oct. 24. The first event is the second annual Aroostook Dead: A Zombie Walk, which will start at 3 p.m. at Riverside Park. This free family friendly event is open to all ages. Come dressed up as a zombie; trophies will awarded in various categories. Zombie makeup available for donations.
The second event is also hosted by The Aroostook Partners in the Arts and is a midnight showing at the Braden Theater of “Night of the Living Dead.” The cost is $10 and includes the movie ticket, drink and a bag of popcorn.
