MAPLETON, Maine — David Dionne, Mapleton/Castle Hill/Chapman town manager, has announced a temporary road closure to allow the Mapleton Daze Parade to take place on Saturday, June 24.
Main Street (Route 163) in Mapleton will be closed from Dudley Road to the Mapleton Elementary School from 10 to 11 a.m. that day. Eastbound traffic will need to detour in Ashland on Route 227. Westbound will need to detour on Garland Road northbound to Route 227.
