
Fort Fairfield and Limestone police officers arrested Joshua Ellis, 23, of Limestone in connection with an alleged burglary that occurred at Griffith Farms Thursday evening.

FORT FAIRFIELD, Maine — The Fort Fairfield Police Department arrested a Limestone man Friday in connection with a burglary at Griffith Farms in Fort Fairfield.
According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, Fort Fairfield police officer Dale Keegan led the investigation into a burglary that occurred at the farm Thursday evening, Sept. 19. With assistance from the Limestone Police Department, officers arrested Joshua Ellis, 23, of Limestone and returned the stolen property to Griffith Farms.
Ellis faces a Class C charge of burglary for allegedly stealing tool kits, and a battery from a forklift, among other items. Ellis will appear in court on Nov. 1.
