Learn to minimize the risk of computer threats at cyber security workshop

HOULTON, Maine — The Southern Aroostook Development Corporation and the Greater Houlton Chamber of Commerce will host the second of its fall/winter series “Success in 60” luncheon workshops on Wednesday, Dec. 18.

This session, “Cyber Security…Protecting Your Computer from Life’s Electronic Challenges,” will help folks to understand how to best minimize the risks of various computer threats.

This one-hour workshop will be held at Houlton Regional Hospital’s Health Education Center, 20 Hartford St., from noon to 1 p.m. The presenter will be Andrew Putnam, vice president/chief information officer, of Katahdin Trust Company
